A delicious healthy Spinach and Ham Quiche without the crust

Ingredients for Quiche
  • 1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained ( About 400g)
  • 200 g Ham Chopped into Cubes
  • 250 g Cheese I use a mixture or Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs Seasoning Optional
  • 5 eggs
Steps for Quiche
  1. Preheat Oven to 180deg Celcius.
  2. Grease a rectangular 9" by 6" baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  3. Cook Spinach in a frying pan over low heat together with ham until excess moisture has evaporated
  4. In another bowl, combine cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and Italian Herbs
  5. Add in Spinach and Ham mixture and stir to mix.
  6. Pour into prepared baking dish
  7. Bake for 40 mins until eggs have set. Leave to cool slightly before serving
