Delicious Creamy and Smooth mousse

  • 2 packets of coconut milk (330ml per packet)
  • 4 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of Organic Honey/ Vanilla / Icing sugar
  1. Chill Coconut milk in the fridge overnight so the milk thickens
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour out the thicken portion of coconut milk ONLY and reserve the remaining liquid portion for other uses
  3. Add cocoa powder and honey
  4. Using a hand mixer, whip mixer until slightly thicken
  5. Pour into glass pots and refrigerate until set
  6. Decorate with fruits and berries or more chocolate
