Makes a square 6” tin and yields 9 brownie squares. FUDGY DELICIOUS BROWNIES

Ingredients for Brownie
  • 3/4 cups black beans (drain the beans from the can and rinse well) or 125g
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder or 5g
  • 1/4 cup quick oats or 20g
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup coconut or vegetable oil or 20g
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g Dark chocolate chips
  • More Dark Chocolate chips for sprinkling on the top Optional
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 170deg Celcius.

  2. Grease a 6” Square tin well with nonstick cooking spray

  3. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor, and blend until completely smooth.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips

  5. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips over the top.

  6. Cook for 20-25mins and leave to cool completely before slicing

  7. For clean slicing, refrigerate them overnight ( It taste fudgier the second day)
