Ingredients ( Makes 15 mini Crispies)
  • 50 g Chocolate 55% (Melted)
  • 80 g Speculoos Lotus brand
  • 30 g white rice puffs
  1. Melt chocolate in microwave
  2. Add in speculoos and mix well
  3. Add in rice puffs and mix together.
  4. Fill mini cupcake liners with rice crispy mix and refrigerate till fully set and hard.
