Apricot Chia Jam
Delicious Homemade Apricot Chia Jam without additional Sweetener
Ingredients for Chia Jam
Skin and white portions removed
honey/ maple syrup Optional
Place apricot and grapefruit into a medium saucepan and boil till soft.
Smash the fruits with the back of the spoon and stir constantly to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan
Add in honey or maple syrup
When the fruits are soft and thicken, remove from heat
Stir in chia seeds
Leave to cool before storing in airtight containers
Refrigerate and enjoy!
