Crustless Spinach and Ham Quiche – So Tasty

Guilt free Spinach and Ham Quiche that is so easy to make

Ham and Cheese Quiche

My My My. This Spinach Quiche is out of this world. Never belittle spinach for it can be so tasty when made into a quiche. This recipe calls for a whole bag (400g) of Spinach. Good way to pack some Vitamins and Iron. The addition of ham and cheese adds to the flavor of this dish.

Spinach Quiche has always been a favourite in our house. It’s either Spinach with Cheese, Spinach with Bacon or Spinach with Ham. We always play around with the second ingredient but there’s always Spinach. It feels like something is missing without that greennn in a quiche.

Spinach Quiche

This can be considered a Healthier meal supplement. If you’re really going for Healthy Healthy, you may cut out the ham totally and reduce the cheese in it. If you’re a sucker for buttery crust, don’t worry. I have a Quiche with buttery crust version here. That one has bacon * Whoohooo*

Spinach Quiche for breakfast

I used a rectangular oven dish for this recipe. It fits a 9″ by 6″ tray perfectly with the quiche coming up to a decent height. You can bake this into muffin pans to get bite size mini quiche for breakfast but since I was baking this for my beloved sister’s birthday ( Since she loves savory quiches so much), I decided to go a little “ bigger “. A little extra quiche wouldn’t hurt right? Anyway, I love how my kitchen smells after baking this. The cheese, the golden crust top and that little green peeking out from the tray makes life a little more exciting 🙂 haha Ignore me. I have an obsession with smell. Nice Smelling desserts or food that is warm and right out from the oven.

Spinach and Ham Quiche

This is a super easy to put together recipe. It can be done the day before and reheated the very next day and it will still be as good. Feel free to alter the ingredients that go into the quiche. After all, no hard and fast rule in cooking something. It doesn’t have to precise, it just has to be tasty!!
