Cheesy Pull Apart bread

I came across this cheesy pull apart garlic bread on pininterest and immediately pinned it down. I knew instantly that one day, I was gonna make my very own. Just the thought of melted cheese, melted butter and fluffy soft bread makes me drool. I have always been a fan of bread so the carb free diet is almost non-existent.

So the main 2 ingredients in this cheesy pull apart bread is obviously bread and cheese. TONS of cheese. What I like about this recipe is there is actually no recipe. It gives you free reign over the kinds of cheese to use as well as the amount. For me, I love to spam my bread with cheese. For this bread, I stuffed 5 different cheese in there. As you can see at some point, my bread totally went out of shape as I happily stuff those happy slices inbtw the cut lines. All I felt at that point in time was bliss.

What kind of Cheese to use in this Cheesy Pull Apart Bread?

No hard and fast rule on this one. Just use your favourite cheese and your bread will turn out fantastic. I use The laughing Cow range of cheese. You Can also find this in Supermarkets around Singapore:

1) Burger Cheese
2) Toast Cheese
3) Regular cheese
4) Paprika and herb Wedge cheese
5) Babybel cheese
6) (I would prob add some mozzarella and cheddar next time) for a more cheese pull factor.

Additional ingredients that you can consider stuffing into this Cheesy Pull Apart Bread (Optional)

– Melted herb and butter ( I added this for mine and it was SOOOOO GOOD- I swear I could die!)
– Sun dried tomatoes
– Chopped garlic
– Chopped olive paste

– And the list goes on and on….
