Everyone got to make these Black Bean Brownies at least once in their life. I know this combination might sound strange to some. Like What the heck?? Beans in brownies. Savoury sweet salty just doesn’t make sense but trust me on this one.
It is that good! LIKE REALLY GOOD. With that Extra Chocolate Drizzle, I promise you will be in chocolate heaven!
Forget the fact that you are adding beans to the batter rather focus on the end product. This yields a very moist, fudgy, decadent and healthy brownie. Plus it’s eggless, flourless, vegan, refined sugar free. healthy and fudgy.!!! Like what Katie mention, it really taste yummy and sinful but actually magically healthy at the same time. If desserts can taste so good by being healthy at the same time, I’m definitely all out for it.
These black bean brownies are so good, you won’t be able to stop at one. The trick is to have a piece right when they are out from the oven when it’s all gooey, warm and moist and the rest the next day. When the flavours are more set in the fridge and the brownie firms up, leaving a fudgier mouth feel. You can microwave it for a few seconds if you like it warm again.
Thanks to all who guessed this secret ingredient in my latest Instagram post. You guys were so close! I had an alarming avocado as an answer, followed by zucchini, yogurt and a lot more yummy ingredients. Avocados in desserts are amazing tooo btw. The Dark Chocolate Avocado Cookies I made were a real hit I promise… Not to mention the Healthy Skinny Pumpkin Banana Bread that was so moist even after a few days. See vegetables do play a part in making a dessert all moist and yummy.
Anyway one answer that struck me most was “Love”. When a dessert is made with love, you’re definitely in for a tasty treat. So what are you waiting for?!! Get down and make yourself some of these healthy guilt free brownies today. It’s eggless, flourless, vegan, refined sugar free. healthy, fudgy. My only regret was not making a bigger portion of this.
