Wedding bells are ringing yet again! It’s always a blessing to share a friend’s joy in moments like these.
I had the honor to bake a bunch of different flavored cookies for my friend and his fiancé Janelle’s wedding. I met TK during NUS days when we were all in campus crusade, still schooling and young! How time flies indeed.
The couple wanted a cookie buffet where their friends can load up their own boxes with assorted cookies. I baked a total of 6 different flavours: Chocolate chip, dark double chocolate chip, orange cranberry, oatmeal raisin chocolate chip, speculoos cinnamon and peanut butter chocolate chip. And over the course of baking, I have eaten so many of my own cookies, that I’m finally surrendering to sweet stuff for a couple of days. (Or maybe more specifically cookies. Haha)
