Japanese Cheesecake

Oh My Cake!!

Sadly, this Japanese Cheesecake collapsed on me again. It looked so well formed in the oven but somehow during the cooling process, it turned nasty and deform into such a gloopy mess. If anyone has a solution, please kindly enlighten me.

The only consolation I had was despite the sloppy look, it still tasted great! With that I decided to do some “Cake Surgery” by adding chopped pistachios, strawberries and pineapple to make it look more pleasing to the eye!
