Oh My Cake!!
Sadly, this Japanese Cheesecake collapsed on me again. It looked so well formed in the oven but somehow during the cooling process, it turned nasty and deform into such a gloopy mess. If anyone has a solution, please kindly enlighten me.
The only consolation I had was despite the sloppy look, it still tasted great! With that I decided to do some "Cake Surgery" by adding chopped pistachios, strawberries and pineapple to make it look more pleasing to the eye!
